What a code-written site actually means
Most sites are built on a system that reassembles every page from scratch on every visit. We work differently, and here is what follows from that:
The page is ready before anyone asks for it
On WordPress or Wix the server queries a database, runs a theme and plugins, and only then sends something to the browser. Our pages are built in advance and sit on the Cloudflare network, close to the visitor. Nothing to compute, only to serve.
Built for Google and AI engines from the ground up
Structured data, a sitemap, valid URLs and an llms.txt file are written as part of the build, not bolted on at the end. An AI engine reading the site finds clear structure instead of a pile of code.
Images are processed, not just uploaded
Every image is converted to a modern format, resized to the resolution actually shown on screen, and loaded progressively. The same image, at a far smaller weight - one of the biggest mobile speed differences.
Measurement does not slow the site
Google Analytics adds a script to the browser, and ad blockers simply never count some visitors. Ours is measured server-side at Cloudflare: it sees everyone, including AI crawlers, and adds no weight to the browser.
No plugins, so no update that breaks things
No notices that seven plugins need updating, and no morning where a page broke because of one. The attack surface goes with them: most WordPress breaches arrive through an unpatched plugin, and here there are none.
And you never learn a system

What to expect. The number that matters is not the moment everything finishes behind the scenes, but the moment the main content appears on screen. That is what a visitor feels and what Google measures. On the brochure sites we have built it happens on mobile within 0.8 to 2.2 seconds, and they score between 95 and 100 on Google's speed test. That is a median of several measurements per site, because a single run swings from one attempt to the next. Your own number cannot be promised in advance, because it depends on how heavy your images and video are and on any external service you want embedded, such as a booking system or a chat.
