The price you see is the price you pay. A started month is billed in full, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month. Beyond the quota: one shekel per conversation, or move to the next tier. Above 500 a month, let us talk.
One conversation = one visitor inquiry to the rep, however many messages it holds. Opening the window without writing does not count. The quota resets at the start of every month and does not accumulate.
A store with a product catalogue: the rep knows every product, which costs us more per conversation. Stores get a quote by catalogue size.

What happens when the rep does not know the answer?
It says so, and offers to take details or move to WhatsApp. It does not invent an answer. Every such question reaches us and goes into the knowledge file if it repeats.
Can the rep give a discount or promise a date?
No. It says only what is in the knowledge file you approved. The only time promise it knows is "as soon as possible".
Does it fit a site you did not build?
The rep is built for sites we build or host, including the free site. For a site hosted elsewhere, write to us and we will check. Usually it is possible.
Where are the conversations kept?
Every lead with details reaches you by email and your sheet. The conversations themselves pass through our server to be answered, and are used for nothing else.
And if I go over the quota?
Nothing switches off. Each extra conversation costs one shekel, or you move to the next tier from next month. You get an alert at 80%.
How is this different from the rep included in the 349 ILS plan?
It is the same rep. In the full plan it is included up to 300 conversations. Here you buy it separately, for a site that does not have that plan.
