Prime Stack (“we”, “the Service”), operated by Eyal Meshulam (exempt dealer), 57 HaTichon St., Haifa, Israel, operates the website primestack.co.il and provides website-building services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact details - name, phone and email, when you contact us via a form, WhatsApp or email
  • Business details and content - through the intake questionnaire completed after purchase: business name, field of work, descriptions, texts, links and design preferences, used to build your website
  • Payment details - payments are processed through the secure payment system of Grow (Meshulam). Credit card details are provided directly to the payment processor and never reach or get stored by us

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device and operating system
  • Pages visited, visit duration and referral source
  • Site usage events (e.g. completing a purchase) for measurement purposes

3. How We Use the Information

  1. Providing the service - building your site, managing your order and our ongoing relationship
  2. Responding to inquiries and sending quotes
  3. Improving the site and service using usage data
  4. Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

To operate the site and service, certain information is processed by external providers:

  • Cloudflare - website hosting, security, and tag management (Zaraz)
  • Google - traffic analysis (Google Analytics 4), ad conversion measurement (Google Ads), and storage of intake questionnaire responses (Google Sheets). Information is subject to Google’s privacy policy
  • Meta (Facebook) - advertising effectiveness measurement via the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, and WhatsApp communication
  • Grow (Meshulam) - secure payment processing

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy, and we share with them only the information required for their role.

5. Cookies and Measurement Technologies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential operation - proper functioning of the site
  • Measurement and analytics - understanding site usage (Google Analytics)
  • Advertising - conversion measurement and remarketing (Meta Pixel, Google Ads)

On your first visit a consent request is shown, letting you choose which categories to allow. You can change your choice at any time, and also block cookies via your browser settings (blocking may affect some site functionality).

6. Information Security

The site is served over full HTTPS encryption and hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure with ongoing security protections. WhatsApp inquiries are protected by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. That said, absolute security cannot be guaranteed in an internet environment.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are an active customer, and for a reasonable period after the engagement ends, for legal and operational purposes.

8. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its amendments, you have the right to:

  • Review the information held about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal limitations)
