1. General

Prime Stack (“we”, “the Service”), operated by Eyal Meshulam (exempt dealer), 57 HaTichon St., Haifa, Israel, operates the website primestack.co.il and provides website-building services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact details - name, phone and email, when you contact us via a form, WhatsApp or email
  • Business details and content - through the intake questionnaire completed after purchase: business name, field of work, descriptions, texts, links and design preferences, used to build your website
  • Order details - when you proceed to payment on the site: first and last name, phone, email and country, together with your acceptance of the terms (the time of acceptance, the version of the terms accepted, and the IP address and browser type it was accepted from)
  • Payment details - payments are processed through the secure payment system of Grow (Meshulam). Credit card details are provided directly to the payment processor and never reach or get stored by us
  • Conversations with the on-site AI rep - the messages you write in the chat, the page you opened it from and how you arrived, and contact details if you choose to share them in the conversation

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device and operating system
  • Pages visited, visit duration and referral source
  • Site usage events (e.g. completing a purchase) for measurement purposes

3. How We Use the Information

  1. Providing the service - building your site, managing your order and our ongoing relationship
  2. Responding to inquiries and sending quotes
  3. Improving the site and service using usage data
  4. Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

To operate the site and service, certain information is processed by external providers:

  • Cloudflare - website hosting, security, and tag management (Zaraz)
  • Google - traffic analysis (Google Analytics 4), ad conversion measurement (Google Ads), and storage of intake questionnaire responses and inquiries received through the site, including the AI rep conversation transcript when you left your details in it (Google Sheets). Information is subject to Google’s privacy policy
  • Meta (Facebook) - advertising effectiveness measurement via the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, and WhatsApp communication
  • Grow (Meshulam) - secure payment processing
  • Resend - sending service emails to clients after a purchase (for example the link to the intake questionnaire). It processes the email address, the name and the message content, on servers in Ireland
  • Anthropic - processing of the messages written in the chat with the on-site AI rep, in order to compose a reply. Each message is sent together with the earlier messages in the same conversation. Information is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy, and we share with them only the information required for their role.

5. Cookies and Measurement Technologies

By default the site uses cookies to operate, for statistics and for advertising measurement. The notice shown on your first visit says so. The cookies are used for:

  • Essential operation - proper functioning of the site
  • Measurement and analytics - understanding site usage (Google Analytics 4)
  • Advertising - conversion measurement and remarketing (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, and the ChatGPT ads pixel by OpenAI)

The measurement and advertising tools are loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz.

The site also stores a cookie of its own, named ps_attr, for up to 180 days. Its job is to remember how you reached us: from an ad, a Google search, a social network or a direct link. It holds the referral identifier the advertising platform appended to the address, plus campaign details. It holds no name, phone number or any other identifying detail you provided. Its only use is to tell which advertising channels actually produce inquiries.

You can choose differently at any time, with the choice below:

  • All cookies (the default): the operational, statistics and advertising cookies described above.
  • Necessary cookies only: the measurement and advertising tools are not loaded at all, and the ps_attr cookie is not stored. Measurement and advertising cookies already stored are deleted.
  • No cookies at all: like “necessary only”, and in addition the site deletes, on every visit, every cookie it can, except one (zaraz-consent) that records this choice so it can be honoured.

The choice is stored in your browser on your device. Clearing your browsing data restores the default. You can also block cookies via your browser settings (blocking may affect some site functionality).

6. Information Security

The site is served over full HTTPS encryption and hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure with ongoing security protections. WhatsApp inquiries are protected by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. That said, absolute security cannot be guaranteed in an internet environment.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are an active customer, and for a reasonable period after the engagement ends, for legal and operational purposes.

Order details and the acceptance of the terms are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, as evidence of the terms agreed at the time of purchase, for as long as they are needed for the engagement and to meet legal requirements. In addition, when you proceed to payment an email with the order details is sent to us, so we can get back to you if the payment was not completed.

Conversations with the AI rep are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and seen only by the Prime Stack team, so we can get back to people and improve the rep’s answers. They are deleted automatically 12 months after the conversation. If you left your details in a conversation, the inquiry together with the transcript is also emailed to us and kept like any other inquiry.

8. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its amendments, you have the right to:

  • Review the information held about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal limitations)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the site, and the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
