After the report

You got a report on your site. What now?

The report showed you where the site stands: how fast it loads, where it ranks on Google, and what AI engines see in it. This page explains what we do with those findings, what it costs, and how to choose between the two routes.

First, one expectation worth straightening out

Most people who read a report assume we log into the existing site, click a few things and improve it. That is not how we work, and not out of laziness.

Most of what the report measures is not a setting you can change. It is a result of how the site is built. You can improve it by a few percent, but you cannot change its category. So we rebuild the site on a different foundation and keep what already works: your content, images, structure, domain and Google history.

From your side it looks like the same site, only it loads almost instantly. Behind the scenes it is a completely different site.

Why a new foundation instead of a targeted fix

A short, jargon-free explanation, because this is the only decision that really matters here:

How a WordPress or Wix site works

Every time a visitor arrives, the server assembles the page from scratch: it queries the database, runs the theme, runs the plugins, and only then sends something to the browser. Every plugin added over the years adds more work, and more code shipped to the visitor.

How the sites we build work

Pages are prepared in advance as finished files and sit on Cloudflare's network, physically close to the visitor. When someone arrives there is nothing to compute, only to serve. That is why the speed gap is not a percentage improvement but a difference in order of magnitude.

This does not mean WordPress is bad

WordPress is excellent for systems that change all day and for large content teams. For a brochure site, a services site or a site with a blog, most of what it does on every request is simply unnecessary, and you pay for it in speed, security and maintenance.

What about the speed plugins you already paid for

Caching plugins try to solve exactly this, and they help. But they are a layer on top of the structure rather than a replacement for it, and they add one more component to maintain and to break. We simply start where they are trying to arrive.

What the report measured, and what we do about it

Speed

The score and the seconds you saw come from the structure, which is why this changes most dramatically in a move. We do not promise a specific number in advance, because it depends on your content and images, but this is where the difference is most visible to a visitor.

Google visibility

The move handles the technical side Google checks: speed, structure, structured data, sitemap, valid URLs and language versions. It does not buy you age and backlinks, and we will not claim otherwise. It removes the technical obstacles and lets your content compete on fair terms.

AI visibility

The report checked which AI engines reach your site and what they find. In a site we build the structure is readable to them from the ground up, including an llms.txt file and structured data, and everything stays open to them unless you ask otherwise.

And what those seconds actually refer to: the moment that counts is the moment the main content appears on screen, not the moment everything finishes behind the scenes. On the brochure sites we have built that happens on mobile within 0.8 to 2.2 seconds, and they score between 95 and 100 on Google's speed test. That is a median of several measurements per site, because a single run swings from one attempt to the next. It is a measurement of existing sites and not a promise about yours, because the number depends on your images, your video and any external service you embed. Yours we will measure before and after, and show you both numbers.

What stays yours, untouched

  • The domain. Stays in your name, at the same registrar. We do not take ownership of anything of yours.
  • Content and images. Move across as they are. Images also get optimised on the way: converted to a modern format, resized to the resolution actually displayed on screen, and loaded progressively. The same image, at a far smaller weight. If some copy is worth sharpening we will say so, but nothing gets deleted without your approval.
  • Your Google history. URLs are preserved, and anything that changes gets a permanent redirect. We have already done exactly this on our own site, moving it to a new domain: it had 108 pages at the time, all of them moved with nothing broken and no downtime, and we filed the change of address with Google so the history moved with us.
  • Your email. Untouched. It is not part of the site and keeps working exactly as before.

And what else comes with it

Included in the subscription, with nothing to add:

  • Analytics measured at the server, not in the browser. In Google Analytics some visitors are simply never counted, because ad blockers and browsers block the script. Ours is measured at Cloudflare, server-side, so it sees everyone and adds no code to the browser that would slow the site down.
  • And you know which AI engines read the site. We check in Cloudflare which crawlers actually visited, including those of ChatGPT, Claude and Google, how many pages they read and what was blocked. That is a server-side measurement rather than a question put to a chatbot, so it is what actually happened. The report showed it as a snapshot; on the plan we keep watching it.
  • Security with no attack surface. No plugins to exploit and no admin screen exposed to the internet. Most WordPress breaches arrive through an unpatched plugin, and here there are none.
  • No updates that break things. No more notices that seven plugins need updating, and no morning where a page broke because of one.
  • Accessibility by standard. A business site in Israel must carry an accessibility statement and meet the standard. We build to it from the start instead of bolting on a plugin.
  • A monthly work hour. Content changes, price updates, a new page. Send a WhatsApp and we do it.
  • The site rests on Shabbat. If you want it, the site closes from candle lighting until Shabbat ends and reopens on its own. We built this ourselves and it is included.

And the cherry on top

A personal AI rep for your business, included in the price

Not a canned question-and-answer chat. A rep that learns your business from a knowledge file you approve: services, prices, service area, what may be promised and what may not. It answers visitors around the clock, and when it does not know, it refers them to you instead of inventing an answer.

And the part that really matters: at the end of a conversation it asks for a name and phone number, and sends you a structured lead with the full transcript by WhatsApp or email. An inquiry that arrived at two in the morning waits for you in the morning instead of getting lost.

Included in the subscription up to 300 conversations a month, and beyond that ₪1 per conversation. As far as we know, no agency in Israel includes anything like it in the price.

Two routes, and one question that decides between them

The only question is how you feel about the current design. Everything else is identical: same foundation, same subscription, same AI rep.

You like the current design

Same site, new foundation

₪1,500one-time setup
₪349 / monthcare subscription, AI rep included

We rebuild the site as it is, same look and same content, on the fast foundation. During the move we fix what the report flagged: accessibility, structure, structured data and broken links.

Right if the site looks good and simply does not perform.

You also want a new look

A new site, without throwing away what worked

₪4,500one-time setup
₪349 / monthcare subscription, AI rep included

We start the design from scratch, but not from a blank page: we take the content, messages and pages that already proved themselves and build a new site around them. What did not work stays behind.

Right if the design feels dated, or the business has changed since the site was built.

New site details

Not sure? That is exactly the conversation worth having. We will look at the site and say honestly which route fits, even if the answer is that right now neither does.

What usually worries people, and rightly so

Will I lose my Google ranking?

No, if the move is done properly. URLs are preserved, and anything that changes gets a permanent redirect Google knows how to read. There can be mild fluctuation in the first weeks, which is normal and settles.

How long does it take?

Migrating an existing site usually takes one to two weeks, a new site usually two to four, depending on the number of pages and how quickly material arrives from you.

What is required from me?

Access to the domain, approval of the content, and answers to a short questionnaire that also feeds the AI rep knowledge file. We do the rest.

Will the site go down during the move?

No. We build everything on the side, show you, and only switch once you approve. The switch itself is a single change that takes minutes.

Can I edit the site myself?

Ongoing edits go through us, included in the monthly work hour. This is deliberate: the site cannot break or slow down from an edit, and you never have to learn a system.

And if I want to leave?

The site and the domain are yours. There is no annual contract and no exit fee.

Shall we look at your site together?

A short call, no commitment. We will go through the report and say honestly what is worth doing and what is not.
